Mayada and Bassam welcomed a baby boy on June 11, 2017. The older children are thrilled (as are the CARV members who have been working with this Syrian refugee family for so many months)! His name is Abdul Kader, which translates to Servant of the Almighty, but we can call him Abdou for short.
