President John F. Kennedy signed into law the legislation that created the Peace Corps sixty years ago, on September 22, 1961. To commemorate the event, Michael Monks will host a discussion with Carol Spahn, Acting Peace Corps Director and CARV member Chris Strohofer (Albania 19 – 20).
