Janet Berger (Korea ’67 – ’69) and Bill Berger (Brazil ’66 – ’69) will be touring South Korea as guests of the Korean government as part of a “thank you” tour for RPCVs and military who served there. Along with a group of 80, they will participate in a week of activities and will even travel back to Janet’s village, along with a translator. This will be Bill’s first trip to Korea and Janet’s first in almost twenty years. She is very excited to be able to reunite with her extended host family.
They also plan to visit a couple that they met on a trip to Machu Picchu and travel to a remote temple and palace complex. We expect a full report with pictures!
