Here is a letter CARV received from “World Connect.” They are now offering grants to RPCVs for projects in the US in addition to those overseas:

I am the Director of Education and Outreach at World Connect, a 501(c)(3) that has been funding and advising projects led by a Peace Corps Volunteers partnered with local leaders in 30 countries for a decade. To date, we’ve invested in over 1,200 projects abroad and are just about to open our first application for RPCVs to apply for funding to lead projects that educate, inspire, and empower U.S. communities!
I wanted to notify you about this upcoming grant opportunity, which will go live in a week (6/19) and ask for your guidance on the the best way to communicate it (and future opportunities) to RPCVs in your area.
