Many of you have played an integral role in mentoring our Syrian family, and we greatly appreciate your ongoing support. We are raising funds for the Osmans, who recently welcomed their fifth child into the world, to help them pay for green card applications ($2,500) and the flights that brought them to America from Turkey ($4,700).
Bassam is working hard as a cobbler at a local shoe shop, but these upcoming expenses and ongoing payments make it difficult for him to build a safety net. The money we raise will help them continue on the path to self-sufficiency and allow them the opportunity to start saving for their children’s future.
