CARV member Arlene Golembiewski (Sierra Leone 74 – 76) is traveling there to celebrate Chief Caulker’s 35 th anniversary as Paramount Chief of Bumpeh Chiefdom. This is a significant milestone, as he is the longest – serving Paramount Chief in the country. Arlene will also be working with Sherbro’s local partners on their ongoing development work there.
