Several CARV members who are home for the holidays met with our Syrian family for pizza and camaraderie. Jamie is serving for her third year in Morocco and Cindy is an RPCV who was there from ’08 -’10. They had fun speaking with the family members in Arabic and the rest of us chimed in with English. Pizza is, of course, the universal language.
